By accessing the 444xp platform, completing the registration process, or placing any wager or accessing any game, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Services immediately.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

Each User may maintain only one active account on 444xp. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
To access the full range of Services on 444xp, you must complete the account registration process. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. 444xp reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion.
444xp may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any point — including before processing withdrawals, following significant deposits or as part of ongoing compliance reviews. You agree to provide valid identity documentation as requested. Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified by 444xp may result in account restrictions.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password or any security codes with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials will be deemed to have been conducted by you. You must notify 444xp's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
You may use the 444xp platform for personal entertainment purposes only, in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You must not use the Services for any commercial purpose, for money laundering, fraud, match-fixing, collusion or any other unlawful or harmful activity.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
All bets placed on 444xp are subject to the Platform's prevailing odds and rules at the time of placement. 444xp reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including where a technical or pricing error has occurred. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a valid transaction confirmation from the Platform.
Bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as determined by the recognised governing body, or as otherwise stated in the applicable sports or game rules. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the Platform's decision shall be final, subject to the complaints process set out in clause 13.
444xp reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious error has occurred in the setting of odds, where the integrity of the relevant event is compromised, or where applicable rules require it. In such cases, stakes are returned to the User's account balance.
Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed within the Platform at the time of bet placement. These may vary by event, market, game type and User account status. Limits displayed in the cashier or on the bet placement interface supersede any general figures.
The payment methods available on 444xp are displayed in the cashier section of your account. Availability of specific methods — including those commonly used in Pakistan — may change. Payment provider names referenced on this platform (including, without limitation, Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah) are mentioned as familiar local references only. 444xp does not represent that any of these providers endorses, supports or permits transactions related to gambling on their platforms. Users are responsible for reviewing and complying with each payment provider's terms of service.
444xp maintains compliance procedures consistent with international anti-money laundering standards. Any deposit or withdrawal that raises a concern may be subject to enhanced due diligence. Users must not use the Platform to launder funds or facilitate any financial crime.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by 444xp are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time each offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Bonuses are typically subject to wagering requirements — the number of times bonus funds (or deposit plus bonus) must be wagered through eligible games before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in that promotion's terms. You are responsible for reading and understanding wagering requirements before accepting any bonus.
444xp reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold associated winnings and restrict or terminate accounts where bonus abuse is reasonably suspected. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting pricing errors, using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent risk while satisfying wagering requirements, and any other conduct inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion.
The 444xp VIP Programme consists of multiple tiers from Bronze to Black. Tier qualification criteria, thresholds, perks and downgrade conditions are published separately. VIP benefits are provided at the Platform's discretion and do not constitute a contractual entitlement. 444xp reserves the right to modify or discontinue the VIP Programme at any time with reasonable notice.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal use only. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 444xp shall not be liable to any User for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or loss of opportunities.
444xp does not warrant that the Platform will operate without interruption, be free from errors or be available at all times. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 444xp reserves the right to suspend, modify or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without liability.
444xp's total aggregate liability to any User arising from any cause shall not exceed the value of net deposits made by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
444xp reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any User account, and to void any outstanding bets or bonuses, where:
Users may request closure of their account at any time by contacting 444xp's support team. Account balances (net of any outstanding obligations) will be returned to the User upon successful closure, subject to applicable KYC and withdrawal terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 444xp's operator is registered, as specified in the operator's published licensing information. Nothing herein is intended to override mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
